These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Altrion Chartz ("the Platform"), operated by Altrion LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Description of Service

Altrion Chartz is an AI-powered chart analysis tool that allows members to upload trading chart images and receive automated technical analysis. The Platform provides informational outputs only and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading guidance of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using Altrion Chartz, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at contact@altrionllc.com
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans (Weekly, Monthly, Lifetime) grant access to the chart analysis tool. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Weekly and Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime plans are a single one-time purchase. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Use

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform or its AI outputs
• Using the Platform to generate content for resale without written permission
• Uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Circumventing any security or access controls
• Using automated bots or scripts to access the Platform

7. No Financial Advice

All AI-generated signals, analyses, and outputs from Altrion Chartz are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice. Altrion LLC and its staff are not licensed financial advisors. You acknowledge that trading involves significant risk and you are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altrion LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or business interruption. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. You waive any right to a jury trial.

• Chart images: uploaded for analysis purposes only, not stored permanently
• Usage data: analysis history, session activity, and feature interactions

• To provide and improve the chart analysis service
• To process payments and manage your subscription

3. Data Storage

Account data is currently stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Chart images you upload are sent to our AI processing service for analysis and are not permanently stored. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Anthropic Claude API — AI chart analysis processing
• Netlify — website hosting and serverless functions

Each third party has their own privacy policy governing their data handling practices.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processing) or when required by law.

6. Cookies

Altrion Chartz uses browser localStorage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
